Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Data team and contribute to AI model training operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data collection, including identifying new sources of audio data and integrating them into our ingestion pipeline. They will also operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.

As part of our AI team, you will collaborate closely with Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power next-generation models.

You will work with others on the AI Team to craft the dataset roadmap, powering Speechify's consumer and enterprise products.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with cloud infrastructure and data ingestion pipelines.
