Job Summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management and be proficient in using various social media platforms to build brand awareness and recognition.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement effective social media strategies to engage customers and increase brand presence.
  2. Develop high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, including videos and articles.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with company goals and campaigns.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer services industry.
  2. A proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  3. Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to create engaging and compelling content.
  5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in executing social media activities.
