  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment by being the focal point for all HSSE requirements.
  • Issue and record permits to work, providing training when necessary and ensuring suppliers are suitably qualified.
  • Advise on and promote the safe execution of work in the workplace, fostering a culture that emphasizes proactive safety measures.
  • Conduct asset condition surveys at service stations within your designated area of responsibility.
  • Prepare for bi-weekly and monthly meetings to discuss operational performance with the Market Unit team.
  • Develop costed bills of quantities for CMEP activities planned at sites and validate rates from the market.
  • Verify invoices for work completed at service stations to ensure costs incurred match the invoiced amounts.
  • Evaluate the extent of equipment repair or replacement needs at service stations and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform quality checks on recent maintenance and repair work to ensure it meets established standards.
  • Update asset data regularly through the PSC team.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and make safe work environments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Contractor and Regional Operations Manager to deliver projects with minimal disruption to sites and ensure accurate equipment data is received and updated in Maximo/FMP.
  • Proactively contribute to developing the supplier base and maintain regular operational meetings to review work performance against contracted requirements.
  • Work closely with the Centre of Excellence to share knowledge and best practices throughout the organization.
