Job Title

The Maintenance Supervisor is a vital role in the upkeep and management of our industrial facility. This position oversees maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and machinery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing maintenance schedules, as well as overseeing maintenance personnel to guarantee that tasks are accomplished efficiently and effectively.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Supervise and train maintenance personnel to guarantee they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment condition, maintenance history, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct maintenance personnel. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures is also essential.

This role is critical in maintaining the safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures within the maintenance department. The successful candidate will direct, maintain, and enforce the safety program, reviewing safety records to uphold maximum safety standards for all technicians.
