Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aviation Maintenance Professional to join our team. As an Aviation Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and overhaul of aviation components, including engines, airframes, avionics, landing gear, and other critical systems.

You will assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues in aircraft and components, and perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including routine checks, inspections, and repairs.

You will participate in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of components according to company and industry standards, and work with senior engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with maintenance manuals, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

You will prepare and maintain technical documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs, and assist in the development and implementation of procedures for component repair and testing.

You will participate in testing repaired or overhauled components to ensure they meet required specifications, and follow all safety and quality control procedures, ensuring that all repairs are done to the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have basic knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and repair practices, and familiarity with tools and equipment used in aircraft maintenance and repair is a plus.

You must also have understanding of maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical documentation, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

Additionally, you must have good understanding of safety and quality control procedures in MRO operations, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
