A highly-skilled senior software leader is required with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 8 years.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a passionate individual about software development with a general thirst for digital knowledge and significant interest in new emerging technologies.
  • The role involves facilitating technology and decision-making throughout the team, including standardization of system architecture, reusable code base development, adoption of software tools, best practices, and deployment processes.
  • Key responsibilities include planning for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within the team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  • They will lead and oversee all technical quotes, analysis, and specifications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • A highly numerate and literate individual, able to produce top-quality written specifications, engineering strategy, and implementation.
  • Facilitating the smooth delivery of engineering deliverables.
  • Overseeing critical support instances and implementing the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issues as soon as possible.
  • Identifying and implementing technology trends that will support the future success of our organization.
  • Implementing mechanisms to monitor, manage, and provide progress on all software development activities.
  • Staying aware of the latest data protection and security threats and ensuring we mitigate these risks against known industry standards.
  • Driving innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies.
