Email Marketing Professional Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Professional to develop and execute impactful email campaigns, optimize marketing strategies, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and meet brand objectives.
  2. Create high-quality email content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Manage email lists, segmentations, and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
  5. Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to provide actionable insights for improvement.
  6. Maintain compliance with industry standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  8. Optimize email subscribers' lists for multiple projects.
  9. Implement email validation tools and processes to maintain high email deliverability rates.
  10. Design and manage automated email workflows, such as abandoned leads and promotional/informational emails.
  11. Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and present findings to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analytics.
  3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email designing best practices.
  7. Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
