At a leading real estate firm, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to drive sales growth and elevate brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies to promote commercial and residential plots, shops, and offices.
  2. Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing budget allocation.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, guaranteeing seamless integration with our brand identity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Advanced degree in Marketing/Communications and/or Real Estate is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house marketing, communications, and PR experience in the real estate industry is required.
  • Knowledge: Extensive and growing understanding of the real estate market and competitive landscape.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written) is necessary.
  • Communication: Confident communicator with strong analytical and project/budget management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles.
