Job Description

A seasoned professional sought to spearhead strategic marketing and sales initiatives for properties and real estate developments. As a Strategic Real Estate Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans to drive business growth, achieve aggressive targets, and maintain a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.
  2. Sales Performance: Foster exceptional sales performance by motivating team members, identifying new opportunities, and analyzing sales trends.
  3. Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify property trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity.
  5. Social Media Engagement: Enhance social media presence through engaging content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience within the Real Estate/Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Strategy Development: Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Relevant degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
