Job Title:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional with a strong background in real estate to promote our company's products and services, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

This role requires conducting field visits to residential areas, housing societies, and apartment complexes to identify potential business opportunities. Regular meetings with society administrators, resident welfare associations (RWAs), and other relevant administrative personnel will be conducted to present and promote our value propositions.

A successful candidate should have developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders in residential communities to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify market trends, partnership possibilities, and new business opportunities within assigned territories and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and campaign execution.

Negotiation and closure of partnership or promotional agreements with residential area authorities and regular tracking and reporting on meetings, progress, and business development activities are essential responsibilities of this role.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector, is necessary.

- Proven experience in field work and direct client engagement is a must.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to build rapport and work effectively with administrative departments and decision-makers are essential.

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area and work independently with a goal-oriented mindset is required.

- Knowledge of local real estate markets and housing society operations is desirable.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is necessary.
