Job Title: Community Research Coordinator
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to coordinate community-based research activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting awareness sessions in communities, providing counseling to study participants, and ensuring the successful completion of data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly reports and submit them to project supervisors;
- Record keeping of project incentives with social mobilizers;
- Translation and Urdu typing of project documents;
- Maintain all project data in an organized manner;
- Coordinate with project supervisors to discuss field-related activities;
- Provide training to staff as per protocols and guidelines;
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual;
- Manage field work processes to ensure effective use of time;
- Visit different households in communities to ensure successful data collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science or relevant field;
- Two-three years of experience in maternal and child health;
- Experience in breastfeeding counseling is highly desirable;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team player;
- Good writing skills;
- Basic knowledge of survey and research designs;
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Resilience and ability to cope with work pressure;
- Willingness to work in communities/field sites;
- Good computer and report writing skills.
