We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Front Sales Executive to drive sales, build relationships with clients, and promote e-book products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  2. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Product Presentation: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on e-book products, highlighting features and benefits to prospective clients.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in the e-book sector.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback; provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital publishing or e-book industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on time management.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or other customer-facing positions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

This role may involve both office-based work and field visits to meet clients. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.
