Role Overview:
We're looking for an E-book Sales Executive to manage and grow our freelancing profiles (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) during the day and night shift. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart or having 6-10 months of experience for their sales career in the digital services industry with hands-on training and real-world exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and respond to leads on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Write proposals, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist in lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain activity reports and update CRM/freelance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare service pitches and timelines.
- Support account and profile optimization for better visibility and conversions.
Requirements:
- 06-10 months of Sales experience. E-book sales preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of eBook services (eBook marketing, eBook advertising, eBook Publishing, eBook writing, PDF/ePUB/KDP eBook formatting and publishing, eBook Cover designing, etc.)
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Prior exposure to freelancing platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
