Key Responsibilities:

·Communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling E-book services

·Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

·Collaborate with the writing, editing, and design teams to understand service offerings.

·Achieve upselling targets while maintaining a client-first approach.

·Track client feedback and provide insights to improve services and packages.

Requirements:

·Strong communication and sales skills.

·Familiarity with e-book creation, publishing, and marketing services.

·Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

·Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

·Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus.

Night shift:

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location:

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi
