Business Growth Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.

  • You will spearhead the development and maintenance of sustainable partnerships with vendors, ensuring optimal pricing and service delivery.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible deals, while upholding a strong reputation for quality and excellence.
  • You will be accountable for timely and efficient reporting of all activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • To ensure the highest level of service and delivery from vendors, you will regularly review brand/supplier performance and profitability.
  • In addition, you will conduct regular market visits to monitor prices and stay ahead of competitors.
  • You will create and maintain a vendor database on excel, allowing easy filtering and selection of appropriate vendors.
  • Having knowledge of contracts and sales report development is essential, as well as effective communication skills to coordinate between teams.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to portray a positive company image.
- Fluency in English speaking is an added bonus, but not mandatory.

- Flexibility in traveling is required for market visits and meetings.
