We are seeking an experienced Senior Expansion Account Executive to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in expanding business relationships and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and aligning those business needs with our solution.
Key responsibilities include surveying prospects to understand pain points within their business, demoing our software and solutions to fleet managers or larger customers, partnering with the account team to support and grow customers, and resolving problems by identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the optimal course of action, and implementing best available solutions.
The successful candidate will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections. They will also possess leadership and management experience, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and key decision makers externally.
This is a high-energy role that requires flexibility with changing processes and a willingness to learn and adapt. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and will thrive in a collaborative sales team setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven track record of success in expanding business relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from identifying opportunities to closing large complex deals
- Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and key decision makers externally
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through understanding of customer's business and unique solutions
- Best-in-class communication skills with ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections
