Sales Professional for Real Estate Properties
You will be working as a Sales Professional for Real Estate Properties, promoting and selling properties to potential customers through outbound calls. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell real estate properties to potential customers through outbound calls.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
- Provide clients with information about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and assist in scheduling property viewings.
- Listen to clients' needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional real estate education or certification is preferred.
- Minimum of six months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
