Job Title

Assist the senior legal staff in general legal tasks, focusing on contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research.

Support the drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

Conduct legal research on data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law, providing relevant information to senior legal staff.

Manage pre-litigation dispute resolution, preparing documentation and collaborating with external counsel.

Protect and enforce the company's intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance across departments.

Develop and implement corporate governance policies, ensuring adherence by all departments.

Assess basic legal risks and present findings to senior legal staff for decision-making.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and business partners, to foster effective communication.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to draft, review, and revise agreements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competent in legal research and analysis
