Strategic Air Freight Operations Leader

Embark on a remarkable journey as we strive for operational excellence in the dynamic world of air freight.

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our air freight operations forward, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to align our air freight operations with corporate and country business objectives.
  • Nurture strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and other vital stakeholders.
  • Select and manage overseas agents to meet our operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to negotiate contractual agreements.
  • Establish and execute strategic business plans and budgets for our air freight division.
  • Lead innovation initiatives, developing new products and resources to drive growth and expansion.
  • Support branches in fostering robust connections with trade bodies and government agencies.
  • Oversee all aspects of AFR operations, including traffic management, technical support, resource allocation, and local purchasing.
Essential Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is preferred, preferably with reputable organizations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
