Hotel Management and Revenue Growth
The General Manager Hotel Revenue is accountable for leading hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Revenue Growth: Increase revenue through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Occupancy Rates: Improve occupancy rates through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Average Room Rate (ARR): Enhance ARR through effective pricing strategies and revenue management techniques.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
- Team Performance: Develop and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a general manager role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
