About this Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Proposal Specialist to create high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive proposal outlines and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Maintain compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout)
  • Ensure all submissions are error-free, well-organized, and meet formatting and deadline requirements
Requirements:Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have a degree in English language & Literature
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus
  • Prior experience bidding on freelance marketplaces is highly desirable
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
