About the Job:
Translation Empire PK is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities.
  2. Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
  3. Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
  4. Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  5. Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).
  6. Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
  7. Organize and update all related proposal documentation.
  8. Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.
  9. Continuously refine and improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
  10. Ensure all submissions are error-free, well-organized, and meet formatting and deadline requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

  1. Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
  2. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred).
  3. 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.
  4. Prior experience bidding on platforms like Upwork is highly desirable.
  5. Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  6. Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation.
  7. Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
  10. Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Work mode: Work from Office.

Location: Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
