Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced accounts executive to join our finance team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other required tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
