We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the implementation and management of business continuity management systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

Job Description:

  1. Assist in the design, implementation, and review of business continuity management systems (BCMS).
  2. Support business impact analysis and risk assessment exercises.
  3. Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  4. Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
  5. Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, information security, or business continuity.
  2. Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 foundation, or equivalent.
  3. Experience: 1–2 years in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.
  4. Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Assist in the design, implementation, and review of BCMS.

  • Document Control: Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in BCMS design, implementation, and review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.

Education:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.

Certifications:

  • ISO 22301 foundation, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
