We are seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to spearhead our outbound campaigns, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute high-performing email marketing strategies to capture attention, build relationships, and drive conversions.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms to streamline operations.
- Build and maintain high-quality, verified email lists tailored to our ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
- Develop multi-step prospecting flows and engage with 800-1,000 ideal prospects per month, fostering meaningful connections and driving growth.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, repurpose podcasts into concise snippets, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate podcast campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results.
- Maintain accurate CRM and campaign trackers, providing regular performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
- Proficiency in utilizing outbound tools like Instantly, Dripify, and HubSpot CRM.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with direct coordination with clients.
- Familiarity with design and video tools like Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
