
USA B2B Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality lead lists for our IT services company targeting the USA B2B market.
You will collaborate with our team to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and conduct deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
Your primary objective will be to extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including company name and website, contact person's name and job title, verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, company size, industry, and location.
To achieve this goal, you will utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms to minimize cost.
You will organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel and ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients
- Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data
- Utilize cost-effective/free platforms
- Maintain lead databases
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market
- Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
- Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRMs or email outreach tools
- Understanding of IT services and consultancy target personas
- Prior remote or freelance work experience
