Job Description

The role of the Digital Media Manager is to oversee a company's interactions with the public through the implementation of digital media platforms' content strategies. This includes analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

This position requires the ability to plan and develop digital media campaigns that meet business objectives. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a monthly calendar for digital media postings, crafting compelling content, and ensuring posting consistency across digital media accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement digital media platforms' content strategies to engage with customers
  • Analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions
  • Plan and develop digital media campaigns to build community online
  • Develop and implement a monthly calendar for digital media postings
  • Craft compelling content or get it developed through advertising agencies
  • Suggest new ways to promote social media platforms to increase followership
  • Ensure posting consistency across digital media accounts
  • Arrange digital media communication events such as company management podcasts and webinars, social media live coverage of internal and external physical events
  • Monitor and analyze running campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and financial impacts to develop better communication strategies
  • Develop videos of company developments and achievements for streaming on digital media platforms
  • Supervise online sessions for direct customers to join and register their complaints
  • Guide team members for integration of online/offline activities
  • Review suggested topics for blogs and make suggestions on additional topics
  • Review blogs written and submit them for approvals
  • Ensure bloggers meet contractual obligations and deadlines
  • Review budgets, payments, and expenses and ensure timely preparation and submission
