Digital Media Strategist - Full-Funnel Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Digital Media Strategist to spearhead online full-funnel marketing strategies for paid media. This role requires a leader to drive consumer engagement, influencer marketing, data-driven marketing, and platform innovations while aligning with our framework.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive digital growth across the full consumer journey.
  • Design and negotiate Joint Business Plans with digital platforms to maximize mutual value and performance.
  • Implement our social-first framework focusing on Audience First, Platform First, Content First, and Culture First.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategies from selection to campaign execution.
  • Design brand-wise ROI models for digital media plans and set benchmarks to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Build partnerships with telcos, OTT players, and emerging media platforms to unlock new opportunities.
  • Manage Unilever's central digital investment plans to ensure optimal allocation and impact.
  • Lead internal and external audits for digital media to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Drive media innovation through new formats, platforms, and programs.
Key Deliverables:
  • Succeed in implementing the social-first framework for digital acceleration.
  • Deliver measurable ROI across digital campaigns.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key platforms and stakeholders.
  • Upskill teams and partners for the future of digital marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:

A bachelor's degree is required. We seek a holistic brand communication management professional with experience driving change and embedding innovation. The ideal candidate has advertising/media budget management experience and handles complex stakeholders.

Skills include ability to provide decision support on media and data-driven marketing, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical skills, and outstanding communication.
