Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to fill the role of Business Lead Generator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer calls on an automatic dialing system, identifying loan requirements.
  • Following established scripts to complete the loan process and identify clients for financial planning.
  • Maintaining accurate data in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English language skills, written, spoken, and listening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure, focused on quality with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to self-motivate to meet targets and deadlines.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • CRM experience is advantageous.

This is a full-time employment opportunity during standard business hours in Islamabad, Pakistan.
