Timings: 12pm to 9pm Monday to Friday

About the Role:

EASEFIX
is seeking a motivated
Lead Generation Specialist
to help drive new business opportunities and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the UK market, with strong skills in research, prospect qualification, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the UK market using online platforms, databases, and networking.

  • Qualify leads against defined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

  • Build, maintain, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and prospect information.

  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of lead generation experience (UK market experience preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
