Regional HR Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Regional Manager by providing comprehensive HR services tailored to meet local needs and embed centrally driven policies, practices, and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to deliver exceptional HR support and drive business success.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all HR operations and administrative duties with the assistance of one or more team members.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies by sharing your regional perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce HR operation policies and procedures.
  • Design and execute a performance management process.
  • Partner with the central Learning and Development team to foster ongoing employee growth and development.
  • Guarantee timely completion of payroll and HR reports.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees regarding Medical Insurance Benefits.
  • Collaborate with the central Recruitment team to ensure effective staffing.
  • Work with the central Compensation and Benefits structure to ensure compliance with salary and grading structures and other compensation and benefits requirements.
