Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager HR

The role of an Assistant Manager HR is pivotal in driving the human resources function forward. This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a smooth-running HR operation, supporting the HR Manager in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR operations, performance management, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional understanding of HR functions, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work independently. A Master's Degree in HR or MBA with around 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources is highly desirable. Experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the oil & gas sector, is also beneficial. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, self-motivated, and have the capacity to take challenges head-on.
