Job Title: Customer Service Operations Director

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a call center, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be accountable for promoting a professional image of the organization, providing supervision, guidance, coaching, recognition, motivation, and training to team members.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in call center management are eligible to apply.
