Job Title: Custodian of Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee core functions and key activities of customer service departments.
- Set annual targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer service divisions.
- Maintain regular progress reviews to achieve set targets.
- Conduct meetings with departmental heads to address daily issues and improve operations.
- Cultivate relationships with government functionaries and other departments.
- Enhance the company's brand image by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Develop procedures and policies governing customer concerns, complaints, and feedback.
- Establish quantitative goals for developing a customer-service oriented culture.
- Review and improve call center and customer service operations.
- Manage department budgets and adhere to approved financial plans.
- Ensure timely responses to customer complaints and provide quality services.
- Coordinate with regional heads to optimize operational efficiency and meet targets.
- Implement succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders.
- Foster a continuous learning and development culture within the division.
An engineering or management graduate with significant experience in senior management roles is required. Alternatively, an accounting professional with extensive post-qualification experience and a strong track record of leadership is preferred.
Age should not exceed 57 years.
