Responsibilities- Policy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and update customer service policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Expectation Management: Foster a positive relationship between customers and our team by effectively managing customer expectations.
- Complex Inquiry Resolution: Provide timely and effective solutions to more complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communication Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of our customer service operations and identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of new staff members to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of managerial experience in a dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: High conversational level in English.
- Skillset: Strong team building and result-oriented skills.
