Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounts and Invoicing Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our finance operations, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and resolving invoicing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track invoices in Ariba, guaranteeing efficient payment processing.
  • FOLLOW up on overdue invoices, vendor order discrepancies, and rejected invoices.
  • Handle order confirmations, change orders, and cancellations in Ariba.
  • Collaborate with vendors, client teams, and other departments to resolve invoicing and payment challenges.
  • Maintain and update data in the VSRM system, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Provide reporting and support for account reconciliations and invoicing.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with service invoices and collections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in AP/AR, account reconciliation, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel (advanced functions), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with global teams.
  • Detailed-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and patience.
