Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Professional Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs for our customer support teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing training programs, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in delivering training material through meetings, online platforms, and hands-on methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement training programs for customer support teams
  • Collaborate with leadership and customer experience managers to assess and facilitate training needs
  • Present training material through regularly scheduled meetings
  • Provide hands-on training to new hires through online platforms, mock calls, and live tickets
  • Work with product experience to develop content for new features
