  • Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS, and emails.

Preparing proposals for projects and delivering them to clients within the agreed timeframe.

Able to negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and cater to inbound leads to make sales.

This role is based in Information Technology and Services and requires a flexible approach to meeting client needs.
