Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary:
The role of a Procurement Executive is to oversee the acquisition of goods and services for an organization. This includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating the procurement process to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing: Identify reliable suppliers who can provide high-quality products or services at competitive prices.
  2. Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible deals, considering factors such as price, delivery time, and product quality.
  3. Contract Management: Develop, manage, and maintain contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring that supplies are available when needed.
  5. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve communication, resolve issues, and increase collaboration.

Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures, as well as experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration, is preferred.
