Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and team management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing sales performance, and promoting the organization's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Sales Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and direct the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they achieve their sales goals.

Requirements:

  1. Education: MBA in sales or relevant field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and team management.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Leadership: Ability to lead a high-performing sales team and make informed decisions.
