Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience selling Practice Management, EMR, and/or Revenue Cycle Management Services.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and product demonstration abilities. They should also be able to present concepts and demonstrate software functionality using persuasive sales techniques.

A hunter and new business development mentality is essential for this role. Familiarity with the healthcare IT industry, including PM, EMR, EDI, RCM, eRx tools, and medical practice workflow and operational issues, is preferred.

Sales Objectives

This role involves closing sales of the RCM, EMR, and PMS solution to medical practices in defined regions and specialties.

The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for daily new business prospecting through the sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.

  • Analyzing prospective customer needs
  • Providing product and services information
  • Educating and setting expectations regarding the RCM solution
  • Arranging, designing, developing, and conducting team meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training programs
Key Responsibilities

The Sales Growth Manager will also execute sales leveraging marketing materials, videos, portal demonstrations, and proposal documents. They must maintain ongoing industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition.

Communication and collaboration with the sales team on established goals and objectives is crucial for success in this role.
