About the Role

This senior leadership position is focused on driving marketing growth initiatives for a cluster of distinct brands. As Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee strategic direction and execution of marketing efforts across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and developing effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives. A strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the cluster's marketing strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with ecosystem-wide objectives and standards.
  • Guide adoption of core frameworks, ensuring consistency across all brands within the cluster.
  • Act as the senior marketing authority within the cluster, shaping priorities and execution plans.
  • Oversee initiatives aligned with each entity's brand strategy that support market positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure brand governance, maintaining visual and verbal identity standards.
Brand Management and Differentiation

The Senior Marketing Director will be responsible for driving brand management and differentiation across multiple entities. This includes overseeing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, build customer engagement, and drive business results.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing brand strategies, managing brand assets, and directing the rollout of brand materials across campaigns and internal platforms.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility and paid advertising performance.
  • Drive engagement through social media strategies and targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing initiatives for mobile platforms and emerging digital touchpoints.
Content and Public Relations

The Senior Marketing Director will oversee the development of high-quality content tailored to the B2B audience. This includes managing media relations, public communications, and maintaining a positive reputation.

Team Leadership and Process Optimization
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Standardize workflows and practices to improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Ecosystem Synergy

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience.
  • Proficiency across the 28 marketing domains, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics.
  • Experience leading multi-entity teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Expertise in digital tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
