VP of Marketing-Life Management Science Cluster

About The Role

As Vice President of Marketing, you will take on a key leadership role, driving and aligning marketing efforts for a group of distinct brands across our Life Management Science Cluster: LMSL International, LMSL Indonesia, LMSL Romania, LMSL Vietnam, Artaevita, Logaevita, and Aegenda.

This position involves overseeing the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 28 domains of the internal Marketing Framework and the broader objectives of the Poaetry Ecosystem.

Your mission will be to streamline workflows, enhance team performance, and capitalize on synergies between the five entities, all while ensuring consistent branding, operational excellence, and sustained growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Define the cluster's marketing strategy in line with ecosystem-wide objectives and standards.
• Guide adoption of core frameworks, ensuring consistency across all brands within the cluster.
• Act as the senior marketing authority within the cluster, shaping vision, priorities, and execution plans.

Brand Management and Differentiation

• Oversee initiatives aligned with each entity's brand strategy that support market positioning and competitive differentiation for LMSL International, LMSL Indonesia, LMSL Romania, LMSL Vietnam, Artaevita, Logaevita, and Aegenda.
• Ensure brand governance, maintaining all visual and verbal identity standards.
• Direct the rollout of brand assets across campaigns, communications, and internal platforms.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence

• Oversee SEO & SEM initiatives for organic search visibility and paid advertising to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Drive engagement through social media strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Optimize marketing initiatives for mobile platforms and emerging digital touchpoints.

Content and Public Relations

• Oversee the creation of high-quality content tailored to the B2B audience.
• Manage media relations and public communications to maintain a positive reputation.

Website and CRM Management

• Ensure websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for lead generation.
• Develop data-driven strategies for CRM focusing on retention, satisfaction, and personalized engagement.

Marketing Campaigns and Events

• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee participation and organization of industry events and cluster-hosted events.

Market Research and Analytics

• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs, refining strategies accordingly.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

Team Leadership and Process Optimization

• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Standardize workflows and practices to improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Ecosystem Synergy

• Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Facilitate integration of marketing strategies within the ecosystem.

Additional Domains

• Support pricing strategies based on market dynamics.
• Oversee CSR and community engagement initiatives.
• Regularly assess and improve marketing activities.

Key QualificationsEducation and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience.

Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency across the 28 marketing domains, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics.
• Experience leading multi-entity teams and fostering collaboration.
• Expertise in digital tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
