Devsinc is seeking an accomplished and strategic B2B Marketing Lead to spearhead our demand generation initiatives, lead acquisition strategies, and marketing communications enablement across priority business markets.
The ideal candidate will bring 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience in one or more global regions, including at least 2 years of demonstrable success in demand generation within the IT services sector.
Devsinc is a results-driven and revenue-generating marketing department, with a core focus on GTM strategy and execution. We thrive on hands-on execution, leveraging the latest AI and cloud tools to drive business growth for Devsinc.
This Lahore based role requires exceptional operational execution, strategic thinking, and regional marketing expertise. Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy: Architect, implement, and refine comprehensive demand generation programs aligned with growth targets
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Prospeo, Ocean.io, Apollo, Instantly, Maildoso, Spyfu, Ahrefs, Semrush, RB2B, Clay, Trigify, Heyreach, Orum, ZoomInfo, Millionviewers, and Neverbounce, with proven success in demand and lead engine management.
- Ownership of key marketing metrics: MQL volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion velocity, CPL, and pipeline contribution
- Content creation in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Regional Directors for MENA, North America, and APAC
- Manage social media strategy to ensure brand consistency and measurable engagement
- Expertise in marketing platforms including email automation, LinkedIn Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and intent-based lead technologies
- Design and execute data-driven ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts and verticals
- Lead and mentor marketing teams of 6+ members
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise IT or tech solutions
- At least 2 years of success in demand and lead generation in the IT/tech sector
- Proven social media strategy for B2B tech brands with measurable growth
- Deep understanding of buyer journeys, funnel optimization, attribution, and analytics
- Experience marketing across global regions like MENA, North America, and APAC
- Strong command of marketing platforms including email, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and third-party tools
- Experience with platforms like G2, Clutch, and The Manifest to build trust and demand
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and collaboration skills

- Experience in distributed, matrixed organizations
- Success leveraging AI tools, especially AI agents, to enhance demand generation
