Drive Business Growth as a Business Development Executive

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales skills in a business development capacity, driving growth and expansion for our organization.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who can build strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach
  • Buidl and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a software services or SaaS company focused on North American markets
  • Proven ability to run successful cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
  • Exposure to solutions like ERP, CRM, BI, supply-chain systems, or enterprise integrations
  • Knowledge of North American business etiquette and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Hands-on CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics)
  • Track record of lead generation success
