
Customer Support Specialist

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
You will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Your goal will be to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
You will maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accordingly.
In addition, you will follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should have proven customer support experience or equivalent as a client service representative.
A track record of over-achieving quota is highly desirable.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are essential for success in this position.
You must be able to adapt and respond to different types of characters and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management are also crucial aspects of this job.
This is a night shift opportunity based in the US with varying schedules from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
The ideal candidate will be a fresher or someone looking for a full-time, part-time, or contract position.
