Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global ITSM Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing unplanned interruptions and malfunctions to IT services across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure incidents and resolutions are properly documented and executed.
  • Work on projects of low to medium complexity as assigned by management.
  • Communicate with clients and partners to provide clear information about operational issues.
  • To escalate technical crises and maintain continuous communication during resolution.
  • Provide analysis of each incident to determine priority and collaborate with Service Management and Account Managers to support technical teams.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding issue status through notifications.
  • Achieve adherence to SLAs and minimize client impact by reducing MTTR.
  • Draft and present reports for both business and technical audiences.
  • Handle desktop support issues, including application issues, and apply necessary updates.

  • Strong grasp of ITIL principles.
  • Coordination and interaction with teams, management, clients, and vendors.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Language accent understanding.
  • Proactive approach to process improvements.
