Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR professional to build and support international teams, driving global impact and fostering a people-first culture.

  • Drive International Recruitment: Lead full-cycle international recruitment, sourcing top talent and managing seamless onboarding experiences for employees across different regions.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with internal teams to understand team needs and define role requirements, ensuring effective communication across cultures.
  • Ensure Employee Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees, addressing HR-related matters and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support Lifecycle Processes: Manage employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding, while maintaining accurate records and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
