Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance professional to maintain and improve our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Quality Assurance specialist or similar role, with demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify areas for enhancement in the sales process.
  2. Review interactions on different mediums to ensure quality.
  3. Monitor calls on the dialer.
  4. Keep track of customer feedback, comments, and agent's order mail.
  5. Identify, record, document, and track bugs or defects.
  6. Generate reports about the quality of communication to report to management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Prior experience as a Quality Assurance professional or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
