System Performance Optimization Specialist

The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Monitoring and Reporting Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring optimal system performance and regulatory compliance by overseeing the continuous monitoring of O&M activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for integrating SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems, identifying trends or anomalies that require immediate attention and corrective action.
  • Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual support.
  • Track service tickets and ensure resolution in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations and propose recommendations for improvement, leveraging analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs, providing valuable insights for future planning and optimization.
  • Support root cause analysis and incident reporting processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of critical issues.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across monitoring systems, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Required Competencies:
  • Technical proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools such as PowerShell and APIs, enabling seamless integration and automation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues, driving innovation and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders, promoting clear understanding and shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise and professional growth.
  • 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, system integration, or IT support, offering valuable hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
